Terms & Conditions

1) Company Information

Legal/Trade Name: Avast Pest Control
Phone: 407-205-7059  |  321-352-1718

2) Scope of Services & Exclusions

  • We provide residential and commercial control of common insects and rodents (e.g., ants, roaches, spiders, rats & mice, raccoons, bed bugs, fleas & ticks; other wildlife as quoted).
  • Exclusions: We do not provide termite control or lawn pest services.
  • Service recommendations, treatment plans, and frequency are based on an inspection and conditions observed at time of service.
  • Certain services (e.g., wildlife removal, exclusions/sealing) may require separate agreements or permits.

3) Quotes, Scheduling & Access

  • Quotes/estimates are good-faith approximations based on information available and may change if conditions differ at service time.
  • Scheduling is subject to route availability. We may reschedule for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
  • Customer must provide safe access to all areas to be treated (interior, exterior, attics, crawl spaces, utility rooms, etc.). Blocking access can limit effectiveness and may incur a return-visit fee.

4) Customer Preparation & Safety

  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions we provide (e.g., decluttering, laundering, vacuuming, food and dishware protection, pet/aquarium precautions).
  • Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special medical conditions before service.
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed by the technician or product label.
  • We comply with EPA-registered product labels and applicable state/federal regulations. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.

5) Results, Follow-Ups & Limitations

  • Pest management is a partnership. Results depend on sanitation, structural conditions, harborage, and customer cooperation.
  • Some treatments may require multiple visits or a treatment period before full results are observed.
  • We do not guarantee results where access is denied, sanitation is poor, structural defects persist (e.g., moisture, gaps/entry points), or competing conditions exist (e.g., neighboring sources).
  • Wildlife activity is variable; humane removal and exclusion reduce recurrence but cannot guarantee permanent absence.

6) Limited Warranty

  • Where stated in your service documentation, we may offer a limited retreatment warranty for the covered pest(s) during the specified warranty period.
  • Warranty is void if customer fails to follow preparation/post-care, denies access, alters treated areas, or if new conditions arise (construction, major sanitation issues, water leaks, etc.).
  • Termites and lawn pests are expressly excluded from any warranty.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary by state.

7) Pricing, Payment & Cancellations

  • Prices are stated before service where practicable. Taxes/fees may apply. Promotions/discounts are limited-time and may have conditions.
  • Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept cash, card, or other stated methods.
  • Late balances may incur a late fee up to the maximum allowed by law and reasonable collection costs, including attorneys’ fees.
  • For recurring plans, charges occur per the plan interval until canceled. Cancel at least 48 hours before the next visit to avoid a trip/minimum fee.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a missed-visit fee.

8) Refunds & Returns

Because pest control services involve labor, materials, and time, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of service; we will review and, where appropriate, provide a retreatment consistent with any applicable limited warranty.

9) Liability

  • TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SERVICES OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE.
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, or damage caused by pests or wildlife before or after our service.

10) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the property and pest activity.
  • Follow all preparation and sanitation guidance and maintain reasonable conditions between visits.
  • Notify us promptly if pest activity persists or returns.

14) Legal Compliance

  • Customer agrees to comply with technician instructions and posted warnings, if any.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, disasters, labor issues, supply disruptions).
